If you don’t make a will then it will be for the law to decide who gets what! If you do make a will you should know that in the UK it can be changed after death, as long as any beneficiaries left worse off by the changes agree. You can make changes to the inheritance in the same way as if there’s a will. Any changes to the will must be completed within 2 years of the death.
